Meet Our Organizer

The Missoula County Organizer plays a key role in building and strengthening our grassroots team, including directly supporting you as a Precinct Captain. Working year-round, the Organizer connects the energy and skills of local Democrats to help us win elections and deepen our community presence.

As your partner in the field, the Organizer helps you build relationships, expand our volunteer base, and amplify our collective efforts. Whether you’re training new volunteers, organizing a neighborhood event, or reaching out to voters, the Organizer is here to ensure you have the support you need.

Allison Wilson is the new Organizer for the Missoula County Democrats. Her background includes managing large-scale public events, building partnerships with dozens of local nonprofits, and coordinating volunteer programs and advocacy efforts. Her work is rooted in respect for local knowledge, community empowerment, and values-based action.

Allison looks forward to bringing this experience to Missoula County, working year-round to strengthen Democratic infrastructure, grow sustainable volunteer power, and deepen relationships across the region.
