Montana Democrats are stepping up. We are coordinating a statewide food drive to support food banks across Montana and we need your help here in Missoula.

The Missoula County Democrats will participate in the Can the Cats Food Drive with the Missoula Food Bank & Community Center from November 8th-21st. Donations will be weighed ahead of the Griz-Cat football game on November 21st. Let’s show what community solidarity looks like!

Here’s how you can get involved:

1. Donate Food
I will be collecting food donations. You can leave them on your porch, and I’ll pick them up. Just let me know your address and preferred pickup time. 

2. Host a Drop-Off Site
You can host a food drop-off bin at your home or business. The food bank will provide bins. Let me know if you’re interested, and I’ll deliver one to you next week.

3. Volunteer to Help with Food Pickups
If you’d like to help collect donations from our community and central committee, please reach out.

4. Volunteer with MCDCC at the Food Bank
We’ll also be volunteering as a group at the Missoula Food Bank & Community Center on Monday, November 24th:

• 5:15–5:45 p.m. - Tour

• 5:45–6:45 p.m. - Group volunteering
